Floor Moisture - Mitigation System The Hydro-Seal system of flooring adhesives and vapor suppressants provide a five-year (5) warranty of adhesive bond from 0-12lbs MVER by ASTM F1869 and 90% in situ Relative Humidity by ASTM 2170.

We've had the HVAC on and created a dust-free controlled environment...Using even a small bottle with a makeshift squirt top works great.
